Hitting fly balls
Baseball/softball/fungo bat doesn't really matter at younger ages (12U and lower). Just need to practice and the biggest thing is the toss. Make sure you toss the ball away and out in front of you so you don't get handcuffed. For flyballs, it also needs to be a higher toss .- cluelesssoftballdad

Fundraising???
Do teams open up a separate bank account to handle team transactions? We are a team under a club that is a 501c3, but anytime we enter tournaments or have some type of team expense, we all just venmo the coach our 1/xxth of the cost, coach in turn pays the expense.
