Thank you everyone for the input. Our first order of business will be to get rid of the lean, combined with ball facing up (or close to) at 9. There's going to be needed a lot of reps! Years of pitching needed to be adjusted.
This will definitely be the hard part. If her mechanics get "tweaked" and she's not hitting spots, she starts going back to what "works". Reading this (and illustrations) should push her to get over that part. Practice tomorrow, looking forward!

Thanks James, these are the words we are needing to hear. With just me working with her she needs the critic. Gives us what we need to work on. Much appreciated you taking a look and giving an educated observation.
Plays lots of school sports. Basketball, volleyball to keep fit when not able to get in workout. Does those (Example...21 day fitness) workouts with core and plyo when not playing.
