Besides the catcher's glove, make sure you get the padded glove that goes under the glove. Extra padding on thumb, index and palm. Works wonders!- Bayside Breeze 12U

Team Captains??
I have had a few of my coaches be all for team captains and a few others against them. Some feel it separates the team & makes the girls who,aren't captains feel like they aren't good enough to be one. I've always had captains, I think they lead & set by example.
