    Maddie's Middle School Softball Tryouts

    My daughter also has been out due to what appears to be a nerve irritation issue in her wrist . Thought it was a sprain, after a month of not being better we had MRI and it came back clean so the assumption became nerve irritation. Would you mind telling me how your daughter was diagnosed?

    Frustration from a professional softball player

    NPF does do some traveling. They've spent a couple of days in KC the last couple of years. I went the first year they were here and the Minor league stadium they were playing in was fairly full.

    9 YO Throwing 60

    This girl wasn't one of the bigger girls at 10U and that trend has continued to 12U. In her case it could be a case of the bigger ball and further distance. Could be overuse resulting in bad mechanics as well. I've never seen this team play a game where the girl hasn't pitched.

    Is the catcher calling the game or is the coach giving signals to catcher who then translates to pitcher?     Best birth date for softball.

    . A lot of states have changed the cutoff in recent years. In both MO and NE it is now the end of July so my son who was born Sept 2 will be one of the oldest kids. He is 3 and the size of many 5 year olds already. It's going to be comical.
