    Hi Marc, I think the ProGlider is the best tool to learn to hit these pitches because it deals with what you(the hitter) has to do to get the ball to go where you want it to. With the instant feed back you can start having success soon. Humans learn physical skills almost exclusively through their senses. Rather than concentrating on mechanical instructions you learn to feel what is right! According to Dan
