as far as videos go, hillhouses is very informative, and tells you why he believes certain mechanics, and maybe more importantly talks about drills and mechanics that are counterproductive, i have loaned it out to one of my assistant coaches so i couldnt tell you how long they are, his mechanics are similiar to most experienced male pitchers you talk to , no hellow elbow, teaches the riseball, peel drop, movement pitches produced from different pressures on fingers, natural relaxed release. One reason I bought his videos was so i could give it to some of my hellow elbow coaches in my community so they could see how an elite pitcher throws these days. I thought maybe they would listen to him since they wont listen to me !!!!!!!

I have Bill's first video, Building the House, and I think it's excellent. But then I teach very similarly to what he shows and tells so I would!

Once of the best values and most unique things on the video is he goes through several drills he says you should never use. Again, I agreed with him on all of them.

It's a really good explanation of the basics of pitching, and why these things are important. You may not learn anything "new," but you may gain a deeper understanding of how a pitcher ought to look when he/she is throwing.
