Feminism in HS Softball

Is this day of age, does this really even still exists ? Or is it just in peoples minds?

I think it is largely a myth. For quite some time now women have equal opportunities and compete on an even playing field with men.

Absolutely, it is obvious women have the upper hand with respect to getting coaching positions in both HS and TB.

The Title IX issues are mostly without merit. Women rarely suffer true inequities in college sports.

Women seem to be doing quite well in the HS coaching ranks. Some are former players, although previous playing experience adds very little to their coaching resume.

I think that sexism or in the case of HS softball the lack thereof is probably a better description.
