With watch espn and the SEC network I've been able to see several of Kentucky's games this year. I particularly enjoy the stand alone SEC game of the week on Monday nights. Kentucky just shut out LSU for the third straight game. Kentucky's pitchers will get most of the credit (and rightly so), but holy cow have you seen Christian Stokes play defense? What an athlete!!! Tremendous range and a cannon for an arm. She probably saves her pitchers at least a run per game. Best defensive shortstop I've seen in a very long time. Just love watching her play ball.

I agree, that girl has an arm on her for sure. She fired one laser beam after a tough backhand tonight from deep in the hole right on the money.

There are balls hit in her direction every game where I think to myself, "That's a hit" or "That will be real close at first" but she makes them look like routine outs with that arm. Absolutely amazing.
Really enjoyed watching the Kentucky/LSU series this weekend. Kentucky swept the series winning 1-0, 3-0, & 2-0 with fantastic pitching and defense. The crazy play last night where LSU was not granted a timeout, and Kentucky stole home; pretty much summed up LSU's weekend. LSU was 1 of 40 with runners on base in the 3 games. LSU is now 5-10 in the SEC after starting the season 24-2 and being ranked #8.

Great series for a Cat fan. The Nunley/Walljasper Battle in the bottom of the 6th with two outs and bases loaded was awesome. I was just sitting there wondering how many times Skeeter would bust her inside to set up the change. WOW!
