Big 10 over the south again

Noticed that Minnesota beat South Carolina for the second time last night. Also saw that Michigan and Wisconsin both had relatively easy wins over Louisville last weekend. Just curious... those of you in the south, you do have, er, I mean, y'all have fastpitch softball programs, right??

It felt like MICH or Wisc when we played them. No excuses. Mich is the real deal and cleaned our clocks, Wisc on the other hand. We couldn't field the ball, guess those southern girls don't field well at 30 degree wind chill, we gave up 4 unearned runs to give away the game. Come back when it warms up lol

Looks like the Junior Haylie Wagner (the mini keilani ricketts) is having her way with the opposition. (zero losses)

I'm just happy that the Big 10 conference season is about to begin so that these teams can finally start playing against some real competition.

The Big Ten's best team, Michigan, has 6 losses already. They can't wait to start playing teams in their own conference so they can get some wins.

Sorry don't see many Big 10 games down here in the swamp. We are stuck watching the SEC. With 4 SEC teams and that other Florida team in the NFCA top 10 its is always more of the same.

Note that all 6 of those losses are by there 2nd and 3rd pitcher. Wagner is 13-0.

It's pretty obvious the Big Ten is a distant 3rd behind the Pac-12 and SEC this season. We'll see who steps up in the regionals, super-regionals, and WCWS.
