    I coach 10U as well. We did the "slide right". Which was awesome tool to have. Then to prevent them wanting to stop themselves with their hands on the dirt, we did the egg drill. Which we had all the girls line up at first and slide at second with a uncooked raw egg in each hand. I let them know that if they broke the egg they would be out. We did that for about 15 mins until the last two girls went at it for a sliding contest. Lots of fun!

    We use the slip and slide alot here also.
