One of the best clinics
There is something I like to do that is not really a clinic but can be a great learning experience.
Go to a tournament that has multiple games at lots of leveles. But as a spectator not a coach.
watch the hitters watch how a team warms up. Observe how successfull teams interact with their coach.
Does every team have the same type defencive movement or is one way different?
And pitchers how many different styles do you see?
You can really learn alot by just observing.
I have learned the best warm up drills by watching the other teams. I hope that they, in turn, have learned from me in the same way.

We try to take our 12-U team to high school games or invite them to go to a tourney with us coaches that we wont be playing in.
Its better than watching videos..
