My FIL always said his favorite team to coach would be all orphans. After getting back into a 16U rec league for the summer, I once again respect his wisdom. It's those parents who don't want to hear your opinion, instead they want to hear their opinion coming from your mouth. Yes, high school ball is better (although there are more politics and paperwork). But for those who have the time to coach a solid TB team, you are truly lucky.
