I was wondering if anyone had a list of things that you would share for new coach to use as guidelines.
Some things come to mind
1 Meet girls in dugout before practice instead of sitting in parking lot talking with other dads
2. Have written lesson plan for the practice
3. Team building starting with group warm ups
There has to be a list or article somewhere for reference
etc etc.'
