DD attended this today. She did pitching, hitting, fielding/agility, but did not do the catching. Catching was quite the workout!
If I had to list the three programs in order they would be:
1) Hitting
2) Fielding/agility
3) Pitching (Sorry Amanda!)
Mind you, I did not rate catching because we did not do that program. It was quite the workout for the girls. As far as pitching, good instruction, but my DD has a great pitching coach already. There was really good instruction in the hitting portion, so I rated that #1. There was good instruction and great drills for the fielding/agility. We had an older team coach from our Org do the coach thing. She took lots of notes and was able to question the instructors. I was nothing more than a bucket dad, but still learned a lot just from watching. Overall, a very positive experience for my daughter. I am also hopeful that she will hit better now, although she needs to practice more of what she learned. (She's much more advanced pitching than hitting) We also took away some drills for practice.
