I just want to Coach ! how many times have you said this ?.
# 1. Do you recruit someone to do all the paperwork? or pay someone ?
# 2. Volunteer's are Volunteer's I have had good ones and bad but paper work needs to be GOOD, No Fantastic.
# 3. Team Mom ? I have had good ones and *** ones ? All I want to do is Coach, I'm looking at the team with Let's get going and here is the paper work !, sign this.
# 4 . This year I think I will recruit a Team Accountant/bookkeeper/paperwork person FIRST !. I may trade in the draft for him/her I may have to take their DD with NO talent but the trade may be worth it what do you think ?
