I second a pitching coach...
And a catchers coach.
Insane base running skills are a must at 10u.
A 12 or 14u local kid who will pitch bp for $10 an hour once a week. (This is in addition to what your 10u girls pitch and the coaches pitching of course)
The schutte throw down home plates with red yellow and green on them are nice.
The pitchers power drive is a good tool for batting drills as well.
Chaz Pippin's "Bat drag buster" works like magic.
John Tchidas DVDs that cover practice and drills are IMO a must have for a new coach.
Dont overlook sprinting speed. I suggest you get the local HS track coach to run a clinic on running fast.
