Headed out to buy DD her first car. 
She's been driving our SUV and it's not great on gas, so looking forward to practicing in something a little more economical.
Practice Sunday, and then Seahawks.

Got to see the Red team play Sunday, they looked pretty good; and DD chatted with Coach Rob for a little bit. DD's team was a bit over-matched against the older teams, but they played much better Sunday than they did Saturday. Lot's of work to do in the winter.
We lost in the semis 5-3. C was there for our 830 game and then drove an hour home for her school commitment and drove back for the semis. Thankfully the game started late so she was able to play the final 3 innings of it. Been up since 545 am and spent over 4 hours in the car but they played pretty well and that was with having to borrow red team players for all but one of our games.
Back at it in Warwick next weekend and hopefully don't have any conflicts.
Well DD didn't get to play in her first tournament this weekend, her foot just hurt too much and she was unable to get in to any of her catching stances. But, she and I spent a 13 hour day going to the tournament where she played the role of head cheerleader and dugout manager. If anything this experience just made her want to play more, however just got word this morning that the next tournament they want to play in is in three weeks the same weekend she is in her middle school play. Hoping that schedules work out.
