Tell your coach,it's Friday check in 9/16/16

Ok. Well make sure to turn up the heat this weekend Lots of stuff going on lately. So I expect this check in to be the best.


Friday WA and I have cages. So will be nice to swing some bats around. Then Saturday we have back to back friendly games . Sunday we are hosting a friendly out in Fontana Ca !!!


Then Monday is high school tryouts. I'm banking she will more likely be a starting water girl on the freshman team. So we are excited about that . Other than that not much going on!

Should be a fun weekend for us. Just arrived in South Bend with the dw, ds, and of course dd for dd's long awaited official visit. Two full days of activities planned culminating with the big football game vs. Michigan State on Saturday night. Go Irish!

Was just awake and had to use the bathroom and decided to check my tablet. So...figured I'd check in. Tomorrow (Friday), after I get out of school, I have a home field hockey game (we get dismissed early since our game starts a few minutes after the final bell for the day). After that, I get a shower at the school, and I change right from my skirt for field hockey to my shorts for softball. Our season is ending soon and we have our local Super Series starting the first Friday in October. I have some homework I have to do, namely a report for history, that's due Tuesday. Saturday, my brother comes home for the weekend from college and were going to have some friends over to watch the Temple/Penn State game (GO BIG BLUE)! Afterward, I have to get ready to go for another softball game starting at 5.Then afterwards I'll work on actually composing the report for school. Then Sunday will be a rest day. I'll probably finish the report Sunday so it's done and I have nothing to worry about.

Probably do some hitting at the facility tonight. Saturday we have a catching clinic about 30 minutes north run by a former pro player and current college coach. Should be good experience for DD.

Phillies game tonight with DD's college softball team. Tomorrow DD has her first college 'scrimmage'/game. Excited to see her on a college softball field because she worked so, many years to get there.

Hitting tonight with both DDs. Sunday scrimmage for DD#2 against our organization's 16u team. She's 14u.

DD is picking up with one of her club's showcase teams this weekend. She hasn't seen live pitching in a real game since the end of July, and HS field hockey has taken up most of what would have been her cage time. Should be interesting.

Hated it...She has never experienced 700 level Eagle fan's waiting for a beer when they think you're moving to slow.

DD worked her last game for the year last week...She's so glad that's over with! It's amazing how rude people can be.
At least you'll have fun tonight!

DD's got another scrimmage on Sunday and she's really hoping to make a good showing so she can travel to James Madison the following week. Apparently no freshman went last year so we're crossing our fingers.
