Ok so over the weekend I met up with a guy and his son plays baseball. We got to talking about baseball and blah, blah, blah. Then he rambles on about his son's achievements. Which I tend to listen to very politely and do a lot of head nods and smiles, with the occasional "oh cool" in there. He started talking about how his son is 9 and he plays with the 12 year olds. Came down to a bunch of pony talk too. How his son moved from colts to mustangs even way more blah, blah, blah ( I don't know pony ranks either, so sorry)

But then get this, he then tells me that his son is the best catcher in all of the Inland Empire! (all of the IE is two counties combined) I nearly spit my drink out and laughed. (only cause I thought I was talking to Kanye West) I was polite though, nodded my head and said "oh cool, must be exciting?"

I just needed to vent. People are just irritating me right now. Went to the beach on Sunday, had a great parking spot no one could park in front of me or behind me because it was a red zone. So loading my kayak was going to be great so I thought. Well someone parked behind me SMH? I hope they got a ticket!!!:p

I am not sure what the rules are but I am against 9 YOs playing in the major leagues, maybe the minor leagues at best.

Does a kayak have a motor?

This dad must be the same dad to one of our players. He talks like his dd IS the team! He forgets that we parents have players on the team too. I think he thinks we and the other players are spectators for his kid.
