The University of Baseball & Softball is forming our Winter Off-Season Practice Squad. The Practice Squad will be trained and coached by professional trainers. Most practices will be held indoors, but we will also utilize the outdoor facilities, weather permitting.

Keep your skills sharp and get prepared for the Spring! Defensive drills, hitting skills, eye/hand coordination, speed & agility drills, jump training, strength training, flexibility, and more will be covered. All work out drills are custom designed by professional trainers and lead by Coach Julie and other assistants. These activities will specifically help develop essential softball skills, improve and enhance performance, and prepare players for a new level of play!

Sessions are scheduled as follows:

Short Session:
November 16 - 30 - $50
Wednesdays: 6-7:30
Fridays: 6-7

Session 1:
December 2nd - December 27th - $95.00
Wednesdays: 6-7:30
Fridays: 6-7


Session 2:
January 3rd - January 27th - $95.00
Wednesdays: 6-7:30
