Pitching 700+ pitches in two days.
700 pitches in a weekend ...... WTF ...... that is insane!!!!!! All the people that allowed that to happen..... should be flogged. Those that think that is ok....should be flogged. There is NO justification to that level of ABUSE of girls. If a LL baseball 12 yo threw 700 pitches in 2 days...- MoJo

Rule enforcement - Rec league?
That is correct. Once a new batter receives their first pitch, actions before that are validated. Young girls, Rec league, batting out of order.........nothingberger. Unless there is a homerun hitter that comes up to bat every time. Here is some more resource...- MoJo

Drop Dead question
It would be the pitcher that failed. Batter got on base. Drop dead is really bad. Drop dead, score at the end of the last full inning is at least better and some fairness.
